18+ only. Real-money games involve financial risk. Read our disclaimer.

Rummy 365 advertises itself as a 13-card Indian rummy app, and the pages that promote it are the strangest part: a run of near-identical ‘download’ pages that sit on subdomains of a Colombian university website and are styled to look like Google Play. The one we opened has install links that point to the university’s web address, not to Google Play.

Those pages promise a bonus on your first deposit, instant UPI deposits and withdrawals ‘within 5 minutes’. They name no company, no developer and no licence, and their numbers do not agree with each other. India’s 2025 online gaming law bans online money games, which includes rummy played for stakes.

Our listing shows version 1.8.14 and a download of about 84 MB, with 668K downloads and a 4.6 rating. A Google Play page for a game called Rummy365 turned up in search results, but it describes a casual title with only a few hundred to a thousand downloads and returns ‘Not Found’ now, so we have not treated it as the same app.

Below, you’ll find what the pages claim and contradict, a plain-English guide to 13-card rummy, the difference between a bonus balance and cash, and a checklist to run before you install.

What Is Rummy 365?

Rummy 365 is described as an Android app for 13-card Indian rummy, the version where you build sequences and sets from 13 cards. The listing on this page adds a sign-up bonus, a low minimum withdrawal and UPI or bank-transfer payouts, which would make it a cash-rummy service.

That is the part to be careful with. A cash-rummy service depends on real deposits and real payouts, and we found nothing independent to show that this one has a licensed operator, a verified publisher or a record of paying anyone.

What the Listing Claims

Everything in this table is what the listing says. We have not been able to confirm any of it independently.

What We Found When We Searched

The page we opened looks like a Google Play listing but its install and app links point to the university’s web address. It shows 4.1 stars from ‘9 reviews’ in the header and six in the review list, claims ‘5 million+’ downloads and says the app is ‘not on the Google Play Store due to real-money gaming policies’ while imitating a Play page. It names no developer and no licence, says its shuffling uses ‘certified random number generators’ without naming a certifier, links an ‘Independent security audit’ that names no auditor and lists only positive reviews. Other copies of the same page give ratings from 3.7 to 4.9, download counts from 5 million to 500 million and welcome bonuses of up to ₹1,000 on one copy and ₹2,000 on another.

None of that is evidence. A genuine app does not need to be promoted through someone else’s university web server, and a rating that changes from page to page tells you that nobody is measuring anything.

13-Card Rummy in Plain English

Whatever app you use, the game is the same. Each player gets 13 cards. On your turn you draw one card and discard one, trying to arrange all 13 into valid groups. When you can do that, you declare and the other players count the points left in their hands.

  • Pure sequence: three or more consecutive cards of the same suit with no joker, such as 5♥ 6♥ 7♥.
  • Impure sequence: a sequence that uses a joker to fill a gap.
  • Set: three or four cards of the same rank from different suits, such as 9♥ 9♣ 9♦.
  • Declaring: on most platforms a valid hand needs at least two sequences, and at least one of them must be a pure sequence.
  • Jokers: there is a printed joker, and most Indian platforms also pick a random card each deal whose rank acts as a wild joker.
FormatHow it works
Points rummyOne deal per game. The winner collects the pot and everyone else pays by the points left in their hand.
Pool rummyPlayers are knocked out once their total passes a limit such as 101 or 201 points.
Deals rummyA fixed number of deals is played with chips, and the player with the most chips at the end wins.

Bonus Balance vs Cash Balance

A sign-up bonus is rarely cash. On most platforms it is credited to a separate bonus wallet and released in small slices as you play, so what looks like a bonus of ₹151 can be mostly out of reach. As an illustration only, and not a Rummy 365 rule, an app might release a bonus at 10% of every entry fee you pay: to unlock ₹151 you would have to pay ₹1,510 in entry fees first.

Before you rely on any bonus, find the rule that says how much play unlocks it, and find the line that tells you which balance a withdrawal can come from. If an app does not state those rules clearly, assume they are not in your favour.

Before You Install or Deposit

  • Look for a named operator and a registered address, not just a logo.
  • Be suspicious of imitation store pages. Real Google Play pages live on play.google.com.
  • Never pay to withdraw. A fee, tax or extra deposit before a payout is a classic scam pattern.
  • Test your own phone’s safety: read the permissions and refuse anything a card game does not need.

If you have already paid money in and cannot get it out, stop depositing, keep screenshots and transaction (UTR) numbers, tell your bank or UPI app straight away and report it at cybercrime.gov.in or on the 1930 helpline.

Pros and Cons

ProsCons
The familiar 13-card Indian rummy formatNo verified publisher, licence or Google Play listing found
A low advertised minimum withdrawal of ₹100Promotional pages contradict each other on ratings, downloads and bonuses
UPI and bank-transfer payouts are listedReal-money rummy falls under India’s online money-games ban
Review pages are templated and uniformly positive

Is Rummy 365 Safe?

We cannot say it is. There is no store listing we could verify, no named operator and no public security information. The pages promoting it are the sort that appear around unverified gambling apps, and an imitation Play page is a warning sign by itself.

The main danger is financial. Money you deposit may be locked behind rules you cannot see, and a withdrawal that looks successful in the app is not the same as money reaching your bank. Do not upload identity documents until you know who will receive them.

Is Rummy 365 Real or Fake?

It is unverified. Download pages and links for it exist, but the numbers on them are inconsistent and none comes with proof. We would not call it fake on that evidence alone, and we would not trust it either.

The Bottom Line

Rummy 365 is a cash-rummy listing we could not verify, promoted through pages that should make you pause. If what you want is to learn 13-card rummy, the guide above covers the rules, and a free offline game teaches them without any money involved.

How to Download & Install the Rummy 365 APK

  1. Tap Download Rummy 365 APK at the top of this page and save the file.
  2. If Android asks, allow installs from your browser: Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps.
  3. Open the downloaded file from your notifications or the Downloads folder and tap Install.
  4. Open Rummy 365 and follow the on-screen steps to get started.
  5. Check the wallet or offers section for the ₹151 sign-up bonus, and read its terms first.

Play Safe

  • Play only if you are 18+ and remember that online money games are banned in India.
  • Coins aren’t cash - virtual coins and rewards usually can’t be withdrawn, whatever the screen shows.
  • Keep your account private - never share your OTP, UPI PIN or bank details with anyone.
  • Skip MOD APKs - files promising unlimited coins or guaranteed wins can carry harmful code.

Rummy 365 FAQs

What is Rummy 365?

Rummy 365 is a 13-card Indian rummy app listed with version 1.8.14 and a download of about 84 MB. We could not link it to a verified publisher or store listing.

Is Rummy 365 safe?

We cannot say it is. There is no verified publisher or store page, and the pages promoting it contradict each other. Protect your OTP and UPI PIN, check its permissions and do not deposit money you cannot afford to lose.

Is Rummy 365 real or fake?

It is unverified. Ratings, download counts and bonus details differ between the pages we found, and the ₹151 bonus and ₹100 minimum withdrawal are the listing’s own claims.

Is Rummy 365 legal in India?

India’s Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 bans online money games and their promotion, and its rules came into force on 1 May 2026. Rummy played for stakes is covered, so a cash version falls on the wrong side of that ban. Check the current law before using any real-money gaming app.

Is Rummy 365 on Google Play?

We found no matching listing. A Rummy365 page appeared in search results but describes a casual game and returns ‘Not Found’ now, so we do not treat it as the same app.
